YF-1R
The YF-1R is an experimental upgrade from the standard VF-1A. The YF-1R sacrifices almost all of its armor to obtain the highest top end speed and maneuverability of any VF-1 Valkyrie. The YF-1R is similar to the standard VF-1A model, but installed an advanced targeting system, similar to the VF-1S. The YF-1R excels in aerospace combat, but should not be taken for missions in which a substantial amount of damage will be taken. |
